Description
HOUSING REHABILITATION: Funds are available to eligible low-income homeowners for the rehabilitation of owner-occupied dwellings units. Maximum HOUSING REPLACEMENT: Funds are available to provide assistance to low-income homeowners whose homes are substandard and not suitable for rehabilitation under the Housing Rehabilitation Program.
