Description
Assists clients in meeting their medication needs through the Ryan White Program and/or enroll them in the AIDS Drug Assistance program.

Description
Provides linkage to primary and specialty HIV/AIDS health care in an outpatient setting. Those services include basic medical care in coordination with a Primary Care Physician and/or an Infectious Disease Physician. Laboratory tests (viral load and CD4 count tests), diagnostic tests (imaging, pathology), and others routine tests and exams to maintain good health may also be provided.

For eligible clients with private health insurance or Medicare, case managers can arrange for assistance with deductibles and co-pays.
