Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Required Documents

Brevard County ID for everyone over 18 in the household (unless their lease/paystubs show they are currently living/working in Brevard County) SS Number (card not needed) Current Lease (eviction notices, past due ledgers) 2021 Tax Returns - Until April 16th 2022 Tax Returns – As of April 17th Last 60 to 90 days’ worth of paystubs for all over 18 in the household (award letters for all other incomes- disability, etc W9 from landlord If unemployed- unemployment benefit documentation If self-employed- Profit & Loss statement If seeking assistance for utilities, must also provide documentation showing amount due for utility

Eligibility

Anyone can apply; individuals, families and veterans. Must meet low-income household requirements- individuals or families whose annual income does not exceed 80% of the area median income as determined by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development with adjustments for household size

No walk-ins, No call-ins, Not same day. Case manager will reach out to applicant by the order in which email was received.
