Required Documents
Picture ID will be required to receive tokens and address on the ID must match the address on the application. Otherwise, proof of residency is required (utility bill, lease, etc. with the name on the person presenting the ID and the address reported on the application.
Eligibility
Any Titusville resident who has proof of residence as required AND meets the criteria for household income. Must have a Titusville, Florida addressâmust be a physical address at a residential property. P.O. Boxes and commercial properties are not eligible.
