Description
Provides door-to-door transportation to Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic in Viera, other health-care providers and basic-needs destinations in Brevard County (such as grocery). Veterans must be ambulatory and capable of entering and exiting a vehicle independently.

Intake Procedure
Call. There is a two-week initial sign up application followed by a seven-day advance notice for requested transportation.
