Eligibility
1. Female with 1-3 children under the age of 18, in their custody 2. Single - not in a committed relationship 3. Not pregnant 4. Not disabled and unable or unwilling to work 5. Brevard County resident 6. Addiction free at least 90 days 7. No active domestic violence 8. No violent crimes in criminal history 9. US citizen or legal resident 10. Willing and able to commit to a one to two year program.
