The Veterans Services Program provides homes for veterans and disabled veterans at its Victory Village campus. For able veterans there is a transitional housing program where veterans can stay for up to two years, work with a Case Manager and other agencies to identify problems that contribute to their situation, and find effective solutions. For disabled veterans there are additional services, and veterans can remain in their home for as long as they wish. *GPD program that requires a referral from the VA housing office*

Required Documents
Applicant must produce identification such as drivers license, DD 214, Social security card, birth certificate, or state identification card, and for disabled veterans, proof of disability.
Eligibility
Veteran must be homeless with confirming documentation from an organization like the Veterans Administration, law enforcement, Salvation Army, shelters, churches, etc.
