Provides subsidized housing and case management services to those who are on Social Security Disability.
Eligibility
The adult individual, or head of household of the family, must be currently receiving Social Security Disability (SSDI).

Housing for Homeless provides housing to those who have Section 8 and/or HUD VASH vouchers.

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Applicant must fill out application and submit it along with voucher. Copy of ID or Driver's license for all household members 18 and up Copy of SSC for all household members Copy of Birth Certificates for all household members

Must be a Brevard County resident Applicant must already have voucher issued to them for a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom Applicant must be able to have utilities established in their name
