Eligibility
Anyone can apply but you must fall into one of these categories to be given priority during the first week of the month. 1.Must be at least 60 years old. 2.Must be receiving disability benefits from either Social Security Administration or employer/insurance disability benefits 3.Households under 150% of poverty guidelines and with children under the age of five. 4.Actively participating in the Family Self-Sufficiency program.
