Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Required Documents

Brevard County ID for everyone over 18 in the household (unless their lease or paystubs show they are currently living or working in Brevard County). Social Security Number (card not needed). Current lease (eviction notices, past due ledgers). Tax transcript for the previous filing year 2023. Last 60 to 90 days’ worth of paystubs for all over 18 in the household (award letters for all other incomes, such as disability). W9 from landlord 2018 or newer. If unemployed, unemployment benefit documentation. If self-employed, profit and loss statement. If seeking assistance for utilities, documentation showing the amount due for utility.

Eligibility

Individuals, families, and veterans may apply. Applicants must meet low-income household requirements, defined as an annual income not exceeding 80% of the area median income as determined by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, adjusted for household size.
