Description:

Provides Psychological Evaluations for the purpose of diagnosing mental health and substance abuse concerns, as well as learning disabilities. Evaluations may also include parenting concerns, sexual offenses, or domestic violence. Evaluations may be self-referred or court ordered.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Friday's 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
